Our Bra Size Calculator is designed to help you find your most accurate bra size based on professional fitting standards. A well-fitting bra provides better support, posture, and comfort throughout the day.
Research suggests that up to 80% of women wear the wrong bra size, often choosing a band that is too large and a cup that is too small. This tool uses your Bust and Band measurements to estimate your size across various international systems.
We provide size estimates for the **United States (US/CA)**, **United Kingdom (UK)**, **European Union (EU)**, **France/Belgium/Spain**, and **Australia/New Zealand**.
If the back band is pulling toward your shoulder blades, the band is likely too large. It should sit horizontal and low on your back.
If your breasts spill over the top or sides (the 'quadraboob' effect), your cup size is likely too small.
If there is space between the cup and your breast, the cup is either too large or the shape is not right for your physiology.
While it can be a strap adjustment issue, it often means the band isn't doing its job of providing 80% of the support.
Sister sizes are different band/cup combinations that have the same cup volume. For example, a 34C and a 32D have roughly the same volume.
Most US/UK systems use inches, while European systems use centimeters. Our calculator handles both conversions automatically.
It is recommended to measure every 6 to 12 months, or after any significant weight change, pregnancy, or hormonal shift.
